Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Millesimato is an elegant, high-quality sparkling wine produced in the estate's vineyards in Negrisia (TV) . Made using the Martinotti Method, it involves a second fermentation at low temperature in an autoclave, which gives the wine a fine, lively perlage , freshness, and aromatic complexity.
It appears straw yellow with greenish reflections , while on the nose it is intense, enveloping and harmonious , with aromas reminiscent of green apple, peach, wisteria and acacia flowers . On the palate it is soft, fresh and rich , with perfect consistency between taste and aroma.
Ideal as an aperitif and perfect to accompany light lunches , this Prosecco is suitable for any time of day.
Serve at 8-10°C, preferably with an ice bucket.

The harvest takes place in mid-September. The whole, untorn grapes and bunches are subjected tosoft pressing, from which the free-run must is obtained. The following followscold static decantationfor the separation of solid parts.
Primary fermentation takes place withselected yeasts at 18°C, after which the wine is refined for a few months in steel.foaming, or the second fermentation, is carried outin an autoclave at low temperature, maintaining liveliness and finesse.
