The Raboso Frizzante Rosato is a lively and aromatic wine made from Raboso grapes grown in the estate's vineyards and harvested in late October. A brief maceration on the skins and fermentation without the skins produce a rosé wine with an intense, bright color that retains all the grape's fruity character.

On the nose, notes of small red fruits stand out, in particular blackcurrant and raspberry , while on the palate it is lively, fresh, balanced and persistent , with a lively aromatic note .

Ideal at any time of the day , it is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes of everyday cuisine.
Serve at 8–10°C.

The grapes are harvested at the end of October. The must remains atcontact with the peels for 12–24 hours, after which the white fermentation takes place. The fermentation ispartially blocked by lowering the temperature, so as to obtain a sweet wine.

The refinement takes place for a few months inconcrete tanks, while thefoamingit is carried out in an autoclavelow temperature, following the Martinotti Method, to preserve freshness and fragrance.
