Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC is a dry and elegant white wine, made from grapes grown in the company's vineyards in Pradamano (UD) , on medium-textured, calcareous soils. Vinification in steel with temperature-controlled fermentation ensures freshness, balance, and aromatic clarity.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections . On the nose, it stands out for its intense, elegant, and pleasantly fruity aroma . On the palate, it is dry, soft, and harmonious , with excellent drinkability and persistence.

Perfect with light appetizers, delicate soups, risottos, fish dishes, and soups . Excellent with traditional dishes such as Vicenza-style cod .

Winner of the Grand Mention at the Vinitaly 2010 International Wine Competition .
Serve at 10-12°C.

The grapes, harvested in the first days of September, are subjected tosoft pressing of whole bunches, without lacerations, to obtain the free-run must. This is followed by acold static decantationto eliminate solid impurities.

Fermentation takes place withselected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°CThe wine is then racked andrefined for several months in steel tanks, so as to preserve its aromatic integrity and taste freshness.
