Sparkling Prosecco, tied with string, from Negrisia (TV). Straw yellow in color, with aromas of apple, peach, and white flowers. Smooth, fresh, and lively. Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes. Winner of the Vinitaly Award.
Prosecco Spago DOC Frizzante is a fresh and convivial wine, made with grapes grown in the company's vineyards in Negrisia (TV) . Its name recalls the bottle's typical twine tying, a symbol of craftsmanship and tradition.
Vinified with soft pressing of the whole bunches and second fermentation in an autoclave at low temperature, this Prosecco stands out for its liveliness, balance and finesse .
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections , with a very fine and persistent perlage . On the nose, it has an intense and enveloping aroma , with notes of green apple, peach, wisteria, and acacia flowers . The sip is soft, fresh, harmonious, and consistent with the aromatic profile .
Perfect as an aperitif or at the table , it easily accompanies light lunches, risottos with seasonal vegetables and fish dishes .
Serve at 6–8°C, preferably with an ice bucket.

The grapes harvested in mid-September arepress gentlyin whole bunch. After thecold static decantation, fermentation starts withselected yeasts at 18°C.
The wine is then racked and leftrefine in steel for a few months. Thefoaming(second fermentation) occurs inlow temperature autoclave, according to the Martinotti Method, to guarantee freshness and finesse of the perlage.
