Sauvignon Trevenezie IGT is an aromatic and structured white wine, made from grapes grown in the company's vineyards in Pradamano (UD) . The wine is made with a brief cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation, and aged for approximately six months in steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic intensity.

It has a bright straw yellow color . On the nose, it offers a fragrant and expressive bouquet, with notes of citrus, sage, yellow pepper, and tomato leaf , characteristic of the grape variety.

On the palate it is aromatic, persistent, harmonious and full-bodied , with a clean and very balanced finish.

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, vegetable risottos and boiled white meats .
Serve at 10–12°C.

The grapes are harvested in the first days of September. After harvesting, the grapes are transferred to steel vats10–12 °C for 12–36 hours, for aromatic extraction. After the separation of the must from the skins, thefermentation with selected yeasts at 18°C ​​for approximately 15 days.

The wine is thenrefined for six months in steel tanks, so as to obtain a complex but fresh aromatic profile.
