A-Mors Spumante Millesimato Brut is made from resistant grapes grown in vineyards located between the provinces of Treviso and Friuli. This elegant and structured wine is the result of careful vinification using the long Charmat Method, which involves approximately nine months of aging in an autoclave on the lees.

Straw yellow in color with a fine, persistent foam, it offers a complex and refined bouquet: mineral notes and bread crust blend with fresh vegetal hints of sage and elderflower, with fruity nuances of melon, passion fruit, pineapple, and hints of dried fruit such as almond and hazelnut. It closes with a Mediterranean finish , between spices and thyme.

On the palate it is fresh, soft and well-balanced , with a lively acidity and a pleasant flavour that accompany a superior quality persistence.

Ideal as a refined aperitif and paired with fish dishes, high-quality cured meats, cheeses, fried foods and white meats.

Serve at 8-10°C.

After harvesting in the second half of August, the grapes and whole bunches are gently pressed to obtain the free-run must. The must is then cold-decanted to eliminate any solid particles. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

Here follows asecondary fermentation according to the long Charmat Method, with a second fermentation in an autoclave and a rest on the lees for approximately nine months. This method givesfinesse of the perlage, greater aromatic complexity and structure, making the wine similar, in elegance, to those produced with the Classic Method.
