The Vino Bianco de Gigio is a wine with an authentic and refined character , obtained from grapes harvested in the first days of September and cultivated with the free cordon and Guyot systems on medium-textured soils, rich in microelements and with a calcareous structure , which give harmony and elegance .
To the eye it presents a bright copper color . On the nose it offers an elegant and intense aroma , with fruity notes that anticipate a dry, soft and harmonious sip.
The balanced taste and pleasant structure make it a versatile and very pleasant wine.
Pairings: ideal with lean appetizers , delicate soups , risottos , soups and fish dishes . It is best paired with Baccalà alla Vicentina .
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Alcohol content: approximately 12% vol.
Storage: keep in a cool place, between 12-16°C , away from light.
