Rosé

Vino rosato dal colore rosa intenso e brillante, con profumo di piccoli frutti rossi che ricorda ribes e lampone. Al palato è brioso, fresco ed equilibrato, con nota aromatica persistente. Ideale come aperitivo o con piatti leggeri e conviviali. Disponibile esclusivamente in cantina.

Ripening: end of October

Cultivation: Guyot, GDC, Free cordon

Vine density: 4500 plants/hectare

Soil: medium texture, rich in microelements, with a calcareous structure

Vinification: After harvesting, the skins and must remain in contact for approximately 12-24 hours, then they are separated and undergo a normal white fermentation. The temperature is then lowered to slightly halt the fermentation and produce a sweet wine. The wine is then aged for several months in concrete vats.

Alcohol content: approximately 11.5% vol.

Description: A wine with a bright, intense pink color. Aromas of berries, reminiscent of currants and raspberries. Lively, fresh, and balanced on the palate, persistent with a lively aromatic note.

Pairings: This is the perfect wine for any time of day or social occasion. As an aperitif, it surprisingly whets the appetite, and at the table, it pairs beautifully with light, everyday meals. Serve at 8-10°C.

Storage: In a cool place at 12-16°C, away from light. Empty demijohns should be transferred to smaller containers (bottles and carafes) as soon as possible. Plastic containers used for transporting wine should be emptied immediately into glass containers. Containers should be thoroughly cleaned before and after use.

Dopo la vendemmia, bucce e mosto restano a contatto per 12-24 ore per ottenere il colore desiderato.

Successivamente si procede con la fermentazione in bianco.

La temperatura viene poi abbassata per bloccare parzialmente la fermentazione, ottenendo così un vino amabile.

Segue un periodo di affinamento in vasche di cemento, che ne valorizza freschezza e armonia
