Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Trevenezie IGT is a native red wine with great personality, produced in the company's vineyards in Pradamano (UD) . The characteristics of the soil, rich in iron and limestone, combined with vinification using the Ganimede method, give the wine body, softness, and a perfect tannic balance .
It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections . On the nose, it is deep and varietal, while on the palate it is soft, slightly tannic and structured , with a balanced and pleasantly persistent profile.
Perfect paired with game, spiced roasts and semi-mature cheeses .
Serve at 16–18°C.
The grapes are harvested atend of SeptemberMust and skins ferment together for8–12 days at 28°Cin 300 HL tanks withGanimede winemakers, which ensure a soft and controlled extraction.
The wine then comesrefined for several months in concrete tanks, achieving an excellent harmony between body and roundness.
