Grapariol
Soft and slightly acidic white wine, from theintense, fruity and floral aroma. Ideal witheel and river meats, also excellentas an aperitif or with dry pastries. Available exclusivelyin the cellar.
Grapariol is a unique and characteristic white wine , harvested at the beginning of October and grown using the GDC system on loose, calcareous and skeletal soils, which give the wine freshness and aroma .
It is bright to the eye; the nose reveals intense and persistent aromas , with fruity and floral notes . On the palate it is soft, fresh and pleasantly acidic , with a balance that makes it extremely versatile.
Pairings: excellent with eel and river meats , it is also suitable as an aperitif or interlude wine , accompanied by dry pastries .
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Alcohol content: approximately 11% vol.
Storage: keep in a cool place between 12-16°C , away from light.
