Franconia is an elegant and velvety red wine , obtained from grapes harvested in mid-September and grown with the GDC system on medium-textured soils, rich in iron and limestone , which give the wine intensity and complexity .
To the eye it presents an intense ruby red with fuchsia streaks .
On the nose it releases broad and refined aromas , with notes of black cherries and violets .
On the palate it is soft, velvety and harmonious , with a persistence that makes it particularly suitable for traditional dishes.
Pairings: ideal with game , autumn dishes and cheese-based dishes , such as the famous Frico friulano .

Storage: store in a cool place between 12-16°C , away from light.
