Cabernet Franc is a red wine with an elegant and harmonious character , obtained from grapes harvested at the end of September and grown using the free cordon system on medium-textured soils, rich in iron and limestone , which give the wine freshness and structure .

To the eye it presents itself with an intense and brilliant red .
On the nose it offers delicate and pleasant herbaceous notes , while on the palate it is dry, soft and with the right body , with a balanced and harmonious sip.

Pairings: excellent throughout the meal , it goes perfectly with red meats , roasts and tasty first courses .
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Alcohol content: approximately 12% vol.

Storage: keep in a cool place between 12-16°C , away from light.
Empty demijohns should be transferred to smaller containers , while plastic containers used for transport should be emptied immediately into clean glass bottles .
