
A-Mors White
A fresh and minerally white wine made from resilient Fleurtai, Soreli, and Sauvignon Kretos grapes grown in the province of Treviso. Floral, passion fruit, and citrus aromas. Balanced and deep, it pairs well with fish, shellfish, soups, and fresh cheeses.
A-Mors Bianco is an elegant and modern wine, made from resistant grape varieties grown in the estate's vineyards in the province of Treviso. The Fleurtai, Soreli, and Sauvignon Kretos grapes allow for sustainable production, minimizing the use of treatments without compromising quality.
It is yellow in color with greenish highlights . The aroma is intense and refined, with hints of white flowers , boxwood, jasmine, passion fruit , and light citrus notes. On the palate, it reveals a decisive freshness , good minerality, and a pleasant aromatic depth that make it a white wine with a distinct personality.
Perfect with creamy vegetable soups, soups, pesto pasta, shellfish, ceviche, and fish carpaccio . It's also excellent with fresh goat cheeses at the end of a meal.
Serve at 10-12°C.
After harvesting in the second half of August, the grapes are transferred to temperature-controlled steel vats (10-12°C) for 12-36 hours to best extract the aromatic compounds from the skins. The must is then separated from the skins and fermented with selected yeasts at 16°C for approximately 15 days.
The wine then comesrefined for several months in steel tanks, so as to preserve its freshness and complexity, before bottling.
THEresistant vines, also known asPIWI, are grape varieties created to naturally resist major fungal diseases such asdowny mildew, powdery mildew and botrytis. Result of crosses betweenVitis viniferaand American or Asian species, allow for a reduction in phytosanitary treatments by up to 80%.
