Uncle Tino Raboso Marca Trevigiana IGT
Intense and impenetrable red, with notes of blackberry, morello cherry, and chocolate. Enveloping, decisive, with a persistent and spicy finish.
Uncle Tino – Raboso Marca Trevigiana IGT is an important red wine, born from a late harvest in the vineyards of Negrisia (TV), on alluvial soils of the Piave river.
It has an intense, impenetrable red colour with garnet reflections , while on the nose it offers a very rich and elegant bouquet : blackberry, blueberry, plum jam, morello cherry , which blend with spicy notes of pepper, tobacco, liquorice and an intense aroma of chocolate .
In the mouth it is full, enveloping, decisive , with sapidity, acidity and a high alcohol content to support a long, warm and persistent aftertaste .
Excellent for important convivial moments, it pairs well with roast lamb legs, furred game and mature cheeses .
Serve at 16-18°C in a large glass, at least one hour after opening.
