
Verduzzo Trevenezie IGT
Sweet Verduzzo Frizzante from Pradamano (UD), golden in color, with a fruity aroma and a velvety flavor. Ideal with desserts, gubana, or as an alternative to tea. Fresh, elegant, and aromatic.
Verduzzo Frizzante Trevenezie IGT is a sweet and aromatic wine, produced from grapes grown in the company's vineyards in Pradamano (UD) , on loose, calcareous soils. After a prolonged cold maceration to enhance color and aromas, the wine undergoes a second fermentation at low temperature in an autoclave, giving it its lively and delicate perlage .
The colour is deep golden yellow , the aroma is broad and fruity , the taste is sweet, velvety and harmonious .
Ideal when paired with pastries, strudel, gubana , it is also perfect as an original alternative to afternoon tea.
Serve at 10–12°C.
The grapes are harvested at the end of September. The grapes remain in steel tanks for10–12 °C for 36–48 hours, to enhance the varietal aromas and obtain an intense golden color. After separation from the skins, the must ferments withselected yeasts at 18°C for approximately 15 days.
Follows aaged for approximately six months in steel tanks, and finally thelow-temperature foaming in an autoclave, which gives freshness and effervescence.
