Tai is a dry and persistent white wine , obtained from selected grapes and harvested in the first days of September . Cultivated with the GDC and free cordon system, it grows on a calcareous and pebbly soil , rich in microelements that give the wine an authentic and harmonious personality .

On the nose it releases a delicate and pleasant aroma , with typical notes of almond and hay . The taste is dry, balanced and long-lasting , ideal for accompanying simple yet flavorful dishes.

Pairings: perfect for the traditional “Tajut” aperitif , it goes beautifully with San Daniele raw ham , barley and bean soups , and boiled asparagus .
Serving temperature: 10-12°C .
Alcohol content: approximately 11% vol.

Storage: in a cool place between 12-16°C , away from light.
