Merlot is a balanced and versatile red wine , obtained from grapes harvested at the end of September and grown with the GDC system on clayey soils with the presence of caranto , which give body and softness .
To the eye it presents a bright ruby red .
On the nose it offers delicate and fruity notes , while on the palate it is dry, crisp and with the right body , with a soft texture and a pleasant and harmonious finish.
Pairings: ideal for all meals , it accompanies roast white meats , cheeses and cured meats .

Alcohol content: approximately 12% vol.
Storage: store in a cool place, between 12-16°C , away from light.
