Malbech is a red wine with a soft and harmonious character , obtained from grapes harvested in the first days of October and grown using the free cordon system on clayey soils with the presence of caranto , which give the wine structure, elegance and balance .
To the eye it presents a bright ruby red colour , enriched by violet reflections .
On the nose it releases an elegant aroma , with hints of small ripe fruits , in particular raspberry .
In the mouth it is full, soft and enveloping , with a good structure and a pleasant roundness .
Pairings: perfect with cured meats , roast white meats (especially pork) and medium-aged cheeses .
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Alcohol content: approximately 11.5% vol.
Storage: store in a cool place between 12-16°C , away from light.
Empty demijohns should be emptied into smaller containers , and plastic containers used for transport should be emptied immediately into clean glass bottles .
