Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured and elegant red wine , obtained from grapes harvested in the first days of October and grown using the free cordon system on clayey soils with the presence of caranto , which give the wine body and aromatic complexity .
To the eye it presents itself with an intense and brilliant red colour .
On the nose it offers fruity and spicy notes , while on the palate it is soft, full-bodied and harmonious , with the right tannic balance that enhances its structure.
Pairings: excellent throughout the meal , it pairs perfectly with red meats , game and mature hard cheeses .

Storage: store in a cool place, between 12-16°C , away from light.
