Yellow Muscat

Moscato Giallo is a sweet and aromatic wine of great intensity, obtained from grapes harvested in mid-September and grown using the GDC system on clayey soils with the presence of caranto , which give the wine an aromatic complexity and an unmistakable freshness .
To the eye it appears a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections .
On the nose it is intense and persistent , with floral and vegetal notes of acacia flowers, lime and sage , accompanied by hints of peach, apricot and honey .
The sip is sweet, aromatic and fragrant , with a taste that recalls the original grape and offers a pleasant harmony.
Pairings: perfect with cream desserts , panna cotta , tiramisu and also delicious on its own .
Serving temperature: 8-10°C , preferably with an ice bucket .
Alcohol content: approximately 12% vol.
Storage: store in a cool place, between 12-16°C , away from light.
The empty demijohns should be transferred into smaller containers , and the plastic containers used for transport should be emptied immediately into clean glass bottles .
After the harvest, the grapes are placed insteel vatsat controlled temperature of8-10°CFor12-36 hours(depending on the year), in order toextract the typical aromas from the peelsof the vine.
Then follows the process offermentation and refinementin steel, which preservesaromas and freshness.
