Merlot Trevenezie IGT is a red wine with a smooth, dry character, made from grapes grown in the company's vineyards in Pradamano (UD) . Vinification takes place with temperature-controlled fermentation in Ganimede fermenters, which allow for gentle extraction to preserve the wine's smoothness and aromatic quality.
The colour is bright ruby red , the aroma is slightly fruity , while on the palate it is dry, crisp, with the right body , with a balanced and harmonious drink.
Perfect as a wine to accompany all meals , it pairs excellently with roast white meats, cured meats and cheeses .
Serve at 16–18°C.
The grapes are harvested atend of September. Skins and must ferment together for4–6 days at 28°Cin 300 HL steel tanks withGanimede method winemakers, a system that allowsa gentle fermentation, avoiding the breakage of skins and seeds.
The wine then comesrefined for several months in concrete tanks, maintaining a soft structure and good stability.
