Grappa dei Bonato is a youthful and authentic grappa , obtained from the distillation of mixed pomace using the traditional Venetian method. The process takes place in small copper stills, using a double boiler and steam , slow but effective tools that yield a delicate and intense grappa, rich in character.
With its 44% vol , it represents a dry and decisive grappa , ideal for those looking for an energetic and traditional distillate.
Perfect for correcting coffee , it is also used in the preparation of Alpine coffee , according to mountain custom.
It is recommended to serve it chilled, at 8-10°C , in small tulip glasses, to enhance its direct aromas and alcoholic intensity.
Grappa obtained from mixed pomace by distillation incopper stills with bain-marie and steam, according to an artisanal process that allows to maintainlively aromasand typical characteristics of the grape marc. It is a young grappa, not aged in wood, designed to beimmediate, dry and cleanon the palate.
