Grappa Adelia is a high-quality artisanal grappa obtained from the distillation of mixed pomace , according to the traditional method. The process takes place using small copper stills, both in a double boiler and steam , slow but refined tools that allow for the extraction of delicate and persistent aromas.
After distillation, the grappa is aged in barrels for approximately 3 years , developing an elegant structure and a complex aromatic profile.
On the nose, fruity notes of apricot are perceived, followed by hints of vanilla and almond . On the palate, it is full, rounded, harmonious , and with a perfect correspondence between aromas and flavors.
We recommend serving it at room temperature in a tulip glass , leaving it to oxygenate for a few minutes to fully enhance the aromatic bouquet.
Perfect for true connoisseurs , it surprises when paired with warm desserts based on dark chocolate or dark chocolate .
