
Grapariol Sparkling Veneto IGT
A sparkling Veneto wine made from Grapariol grapes grown in Negrisia (TV). A floral and fruity aroma, it's smooth, fresh, and acidic on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif, paired with eel, river meat, or pastries.
Grapariol Frizzante Veneto IGT is an authentic sparkling wine rich in personality, made from native grapes grown in the estate's vineyards in Negrisia (TV) . The delicate vinification and low-temperature secondary fermentation in autoclaves enhance the fresh and aromatic characteristics of this rare grape variety.
It has a bright straw yellow color with a lively perlage. On the nose it releases an intense, fruity and floral aroma, while on the palate it impresses with its softness, lively acidity and freshness .
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with river meats and eel , it is also surprising with dry pastries during breaks.
Serve at 8-10°C.
The grapes, harvested in mid-September, are subjected tosoft pressing of whole bunchesto obtain the free-run must. After thecold static decantation, the must ferments withselected yeasts at 18°C.
The wine is then racked and leftrefine for a few months in steel tanks. Thefoamingfinally, it takes place in an autoclave at low temperatures, to develop a fine perlage and maintain the aromatic freshness.
